The breakfast was superb with options for most diets and had a wide range of food. Booked the hotel for its great and gorgeous location short walk to lake and mountains.

They gave us a deluxe queen room with a bath. The hotel had a beautiful location up in to the hills.

It was a high quality place, had especially helpful staff from housekeeping to managers. Beautiful and lovely location close to the centre of Grasmere was a plus.

Absolutely incredible location so close to where there is a host of great restaurants, the restaurant, and the flowing river underneath, it's central. Besides, Our Lady of the Wayside is set right at the venue.  

A double room with an incredibly beautiful view over the gardens, had requested this in advance. The location was excellent - just next door to the Lake District as well as restaurants and shops, hiking and National Trust property Allan 

Luxurious and spacious rooms, the views over the gardens were pleasant. It included climate control and a storage, and the design itself was modern.

The location close enough to village centre was great. The breakfast was superb and available with baked beans, the bacon, hard boiled poached eggs, the stuff where consistently courteous and very 

Had a stocked double room, which allowed us to enjoy beautiful view of the garden. We walked everywhere, the location was absolutely perfect, in Grasmere which is quite in the middle of Lake District.  

I loved the lovely small and great value hotel.

It was an elegant building, the rooms were well decorated with great views.

Hotel's location was lovely, to the flowing river underneath. Besides, it was really close to great restaurants, the centre of Grasmere, and beautiful gardens. I had the deluxe double room which was extremely pleasant and nicely decorated 

The room was well-appointed with a balcony and it had wake-up service, that's cool. This hotel was located in a central area really close to the stream, many restaurants, and a pub down the road called tweedies bar.  

We had a fantastic stay at Rothay Garden Hotel & Riverside Spa. The rooms were lovely and well-appointed, with balconies and beautiful views. The spa was a pleasant and relaxing experience, and the heated chairs were a real treat. 

The rooms were well-kept and nicely decorated, reasonably priced, with the view. The location was nice, close to centre of Grasmere and the interior design was modern.

The hotel is atmospheric and clean, nestled in a nice building with ASTONISHING view of the lovely garden. The rooms are luxurious and spotless, the staff is welcoming. The bed is exceptionally comfortable, slept really good. The location 

It had central location close to Lakes Art Gallery. Besides, we were next to the garden.
